Print Ops Specialist

What youd be working on

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think thats all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things youll be delivering across this project though scope may evolve. At the moment this project is focused on:

• Producing and distributing weekly and monthly operational reports using Looker and Google Sheets
• Drafting communications to print service providers to initiate investigations gather updates and follow up on open items
• Reviewing reports and printer communications to surface anomalies volume spikes missed SLAs unresponsive partners and flagging to the relevant PSP manager
• Analysing incoming support contacts to identify trends and recurring patterns
• Keeping shared trackers dashboards and documentation up to date in Google Sheets and Canva Docs
• Managing competing priorities across multiple PSP managers and delivering outputs

Youre probably a match if

• You thrive on operational detail and can manage multiple deliverables simultaneously without things slipping
• Youre a confident written communicator who can produce clear professional external communications even when working from verbal briefs or loose guidance
• Youre a spreadsheet power user who builds and maintains functional sheets not just enters data VLOOKUP INDEX/MATCH pivot tables the works
• You pick up unfamiliar tools quickly and dont need hand-holding to get up to speed
• Youre proactive you follow up before being asked and flag issues early without waiting to be chased
• Youre comfortable with ambiguity and can translate verbal direction into documented repeatable outputs

About the team

The Print Customer Experience team sits within Print Operations at Canva and is responsible for the end-to-end relationship with Canvas global network of print service providers. The team ensures that print fulfilment runs smoothly managing partner communications operational reporting and quality oversight so that customers receive their printed products reliably and at scale. Its a fast-moving detail-oriented team that keeps a lot of plates spinning and takes pride in keeping things running like clockwork.
