A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Supervise payroll operations for assigned EurAsia countries to ensure timely accurate and compliant payroll processing.

• Lead and coach the Payroll Hub team supporting capability building and operational excellence.

• Support the transition of standard work to the Hub model by driving standardization process harmonization and improved controls.

• Act as a change champion during payroll transformation initiatives including process redesign system enhancements and operating model changes.

• Partner with HR Finance Benefits and external vendors to ensure smooth end-to-end payroll delivery.

• Manage payroll escalations and resolve complex payroll issues across multiple markets.

• Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory payroll requirements

• Identify opportunities to simplify processes reduce manual work and improve service delivery within the hub.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• At least 3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience supporting multi-country payroll operations.

• Experience working in a shared services or payroll hub environment is preferred.

• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and operational controls.

• Proven ability to support change process improvement and transformation initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
