About the Job:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Manager to join our clients Software and Product Innovation team and lead the development of modern scalable cloud-native this role you will oversee end-to-end project delivery guide development teams and ensure high-quality solutions across both frontend and backend systems. You will also mentor developers manage client expectations and drive technical excellence innovation and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of full-stack cloud-native applications.
• Oversee project delivery ensuring quality scalability and timely execution.
• Manage and mentor development teams supporting technical growth and performance.
• Drive frontend development using modern frameworks such as React Vue Angular or .
• Ensure high-quality UI development using Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Guide implementation of build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
• Promote testing best practices using tools like Jest Cypress or Playwright.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations.
• Support backend integration using RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Foster Agile practices CI/CD adoption and continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 7 years of solid experience in Java/JEE full stack development.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript TypeScript React Vue Angular or .
• Experience with UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Proficiency with build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest Cypress or Playwright.
• Experience managing or leading development teams is required.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile development practices.
• Excellent interpersonal stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Can start immediately if possible.
