Create desktop/laptop build processes for domestic sites
Create/remove users in active directory O365 and all other business applications
Manage third party services and vendors: monthly invoicing reports issues ect.
Manage PO process for new software/hardware and yearly support maintenances to perform the monthly invoice process
Manage local LAN: Support Zscaler document network switch ports and communicate the necessary changes to networking and monitoring team.
Control and follow our corporate systems and application standards .
Create and maintain local services and infrastructure documentation .
Control software distribution and patch management to Windows laptops and servers.
Prioritize work efforts multi-task in a very fast-paced environment and provide timely and clear updates
