CONCIERGE

• Serve as the hotels primary point of contact embodying the essence of luxury service in every guest interaction.
• Deliver a highly personalized experience by anticipating each guests needs with discretion and precision.
• Curate and coordinate exclusive dining cultural entertainment and lifestyle experiences aligned with Sofitels luxury standards.
• Handle special requests with elegance efficiency and exceptional attention to detail ensuring a seamless and effortless guest experience.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge in systems such as OPERA POS MS Office. Online Review Management platforms.
• Previous experience as concierge and/or guest experience in mid-size luxury hotels.
• Complete knowledge of the English language a third language is desirable
