Job Summary
Hiring: ServiceNow Technical Architect / Lead
Location: Amsterdam Netherlands (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect / Lead to join a dynamic team in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture implementation and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer business and IT processes to identify current and future needs
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather both stated and unstated requirements
Design and architect new ServiceNow implementations and enhancements aligned with business objectives
Lead maintenance and optimization of existing ServiceNow applications
Ensure solutions align with security audit and compliance standards
Provide thought leadership and best practice guidance on the ServiceNow platform
Mentor internal teams and support implementation and testing methodologies
Drive technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Required Skills & Experience:
10 years of overall IT experience
Strong experience as a ServiceNow Lead / Technical Architect
Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture implementation and integrations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to provide strategic and technical guidance to customers and internal teams
Location: Amsterdam Netherlands
Duration: 6 Months Contract
