Youll work with a diverse portfolio of international B2B brands from emerging start-ups to rapidly scaling companies helping them accelerate online growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. From campaign strategy and paid media execution to analytics experimentation and client leadership youll play a critical role in delivering impactful marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-performing paid marketing strategies for B2B clients
- Manage campaigns across multiple channels with a strong focus on performance and ROI
- Analyze campaign performance identify growth opportunities and optimize based on insights
- Lead client relationships from onboarding to strategy reviews and long-term roadmap planning
- Collaborate closely with content marketers designers and performance specialists
- Challenge briefs think strategically and contribute innovative ideas that improve results
- Present insights recommendations and growth strategies confidently to stakeholders
- Stay ahead of industry trends platform updates and emerging growth opportunities
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of experience in performance marketing preferably within B2B agency or high-growth environments
- Strong strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute and optimize campaigns in detail
- Experience managing and growing client relationships independently
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of performance metrics and reporting
- Growth-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement
- Ability to adapt quickly prioritize effectively and perform in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
