Scrum Master DCD Digital Solutions

Introduction

Were looking for a Scrum Master to help teams grow improve and deliver value more effectively within DCD Digital Solutions. Youll work closely with Product Owners DevOps teams and leadership to strengthen Agile ways of working and support continuous improvement across the department.

What youll do

• Coach teams to become self-organizing accountable and focused on delivering value.

• Foster a strong continuous improvement mindset by addressing root causes not just symptoms.

• Understand team dynamics deeply and support individuals and teams in their growth.

• Use systems thinking to identify patterns across teams making flow blockers and risks visible.

• Ensure clear ownership and alignment of cross team dependencies to reduce friction and delays.

• Be proactive in identifying and driving improvements at the train level.

• Facilitate impactfulrituals workshops and retrospectives.

• Act as a trusted partner to the Product Owner to ensure focus clarity and sustainable delivery.

• Use metrics and insights to guide improvement.

What do we ask from you

• Certified Scrum Master (PSM I required; PSM II or equivalent preferred).

• 35 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in scaled Agile environments.

• Strong facilitation coaching and conflict resolution skills.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (ScrumSAFe).

• Excellent communication skills in English.

This position offers a competitive salary range of 4936 to 6699 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
