Job Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Robotics & Low-Code Engineer to join a dynamic automation team focused on building and maintaining robotics and low-code solutions that improve efficiency automate repetitive processes and create business value across multiple departments.

You will work in Agile teams to design develop and manage automation solutions using RPA and low-code technologies. The role offers a mix of technical development collaboration with business stakeholders and continuous learning in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop robotics and low-code solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Design build test and maintain automation solutions based on business use cases
  • Work with technologies such as Tungsten RPA PowerApps and Mendix
  • Automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Support business stakeholders by translating challenges into technical solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Robotics & Low-Code area
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborative team activities
  • Take ownership of personal development and technical growth

Required Skills & Experience

  • HBO or University level education and thinking
  • Experience with RPA and/or low-code platforms such as:
    • Kofax/Tungsten RPA
    • Mendix
    • PowerApps
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proactive self-motivated and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic and changing environments
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Interest in learning new technologies and automation trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with programming languages
  • Business analysis and process analysis skills
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments

Team & Environment

  • Work within a large Robotics & Low-Code department consisting of multiple teams
  • Collaborate with teams delivering automation solutions for HR sustainability vendor management and other business domains
