As part of the Customer Experience Marketing (CXM) team you will be the driving force behind how IFF engages with customers across the Nordic region. You will activate the IFF brand and solutions to deliver differentiated value-rich experiences throughout the customer journey.
Where Youll Make a Difference
- Analyze food and beverage category trends using tools such as Mintel Euromonitor AI Palette Nielsen and other AI-driven insight tools
- Monitor new product launches and evolving trends across the Nordics to surface market gaps and emerging opportunities
- Connect market dynamics and consumer behavior with IFFs commercial strategy to uncover and shape growth opportunities
- Create and drive local initiatives aligned with regional strategy by mapping products across categories markets and channels
- Translate insights into impactful customer-facing content that supports business growth and retention across Nordic markets
- Work closely with the Nordic commercial team to understand customer needs and co-develop relevant growth strategies
- Collaborate with customers on new product development by applying consumer insights and market trends to design relevant concepts
- Lead end-to-end customer engagement including presentations marketing collateral (e.g. flyers one-pagers) event coordination and premium brand experiences
- Travel across the Nordic region to engage customers deliver presentations and strengthen relationships
- Partner cross-functionally with commercial innovation and design teams to build compelling value propositions
What Makes You the Right Fit
- 57 years of marketing experience preferably in B2B within the food and beverage manufacturing industry
- Masters Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in consumer research market insights and trend analysis
- Proven ability to create marketing content and collaborate with agencies
- Strong influencing stakeholder management and networking skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling data-driven narratives
- Fluent in a Nordic language (Swedish Danish Norwegian or Finnish) and English both written and spoken
