As a Life Cycle Solution Engineer you play a key role in developing service solutions that improve system performance reliability and operational excellence while building long-term customer partnerships.

• Develop tailored service and life cycle solutions for new and existing customers

• Design and propose maintenance contracts resident services spare parts strategies and modernization solutions

• Analyze customer operations and identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability

• Build compelling business cases and commercially attractive proposals

• Collaborate with Sales Service Engineering and Finance teams to create customer-focused solutions

• Act as a trusted advisor during customer meetings workshops and presentations

• Ensure a smooth handover of sold solutions to Service and Operations teams

• Bachelors or Masters degree

• 2 years of experience in a (technical-) commercial role preferably within service maintenance automation or intralogistics; our focus is on consultative selling

• Affinity with life cycle management service solutions and operational improvement

• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills

• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

• Commercial awareness and the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value

• Fluent in English

• Willing to travel internationally (4 days per month)

What you can look forward to

This position offers a monthly salary range starting from 4300 up to 4900. When performance expectations are exceeded there is even the opportunity to grow beyond this scale.
