Role Overview As an IT Business Partner you act as the primary point of contact for information provision (IV) within a dynamic organizational environment undergoing significant digital transformation. You collaborate with multiple departments to deliver digital solutions that improve services for citizens and businesses ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison for business-related IT and information provision topics
Manage and maintain the application portfolio ensuring accurate and up-to-date insights
Support and guide stakeholders in initiating and improving digital solutions and processes
Advise on digitalization strategies and promote reuse of existing IT components
Oversee application-related aspects such as contracts financials and governance
Translate strategic and tactical business needs into actionable IT initiatives and projects
Provide structure and visibility across ongoing initiatives and project pipelines
Collaborate with business leaders IT teams and external partners to align technology with organizational ambitions
Facilitate prioritization and decision-making across stakeholders
Working Environment You will be part of a multidisciplinary IT advisory team working closely with business consultants architects product owners and development teams in a complex and evolving environment focused on innovation and service improvement.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree (HBO/WO level)
Minimum 3 years of experience acting as a business-facing point of contact
Strong affinity with IT and digital transformation (Agile experience is a plus)
Experience within a government or large organizational setting preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate at strategic tactical and operational levels
Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive results-driven and quality-focused mindset
Experience in change management negotiation and conflict resolution
Critical thinker who can identify underlying needs and opportunities
