The Role
As a Host at Cecconis Amsterdam you are one of the first points of contact for our members guests and colleagues setting the tone for a memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive.
In this role youll be responsible for warmly greeting guests managing reservations and answering incoming calls efficiently and professionally. Youll create and manage bookings for Cecconis seat guests with care and attention and support the floor team when needed to ensure smooth service throughout the day.
With your strong organisational skills and natural people focus youll help create a welcoming positive atmosphereensuring guests feel looked after from arrival through to departure.
What were looking for
- 12 years experience in a similar host or reception role
- Experience handling highvolume phone lines and guest enquiries professionally
- Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills
- Reliable wellpresented positive and enthusiastic
- Experience with OpenTable and MICROS
- Basic knowledge of InDesign
- Flexible availability for both opening and closing shifts
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch

- Salary: 2.51189 (above Horeca CAO) 8% holiday allowance (No youth salary if younger than 20 y/o)
