The role
As host youre not only welcomingour guests you create experiencesfor them. Picture yourself and your colleagues as memory makers where you wont hide behind a desk. You will shine between check-in bar pantry restaurant terrace & meeting rooms. During your shift you are engaged in:
- Creating a warm inviting and cozy atmosphere that sets the tone for a positivestay from the very first hello
- Anticipating guest needs and preferences through conversations and thoughtful questioning.
- Spread moments of joyby surprising our guests with unexpected gestures.
- Address guests concerns and find swift solutions to secure their happiness.
- Being a real team player. One moment you will check-in our guests the next you will be shaking the Usual cocktail for them or helping your team in the pantry.
What youll bring to the table
As a strong team player you thrive in an environment built on open communicatipn. You are also driven by a passion for sustainability which is reflected in the way you approach your work. You enjoy a varied role.Next to this the following requirements apply:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
- Flexible available to work shifts between 07:0015:00 15:0023:00 and 16:0000:00
- A strong passion for both sustainability and hospitality!
- Legally permitted to work in the Netherlands
