As Optics11 continues to scale internationally we are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern who wants to develop practical experience in B2B marketing demand generation and customer targeting within a fast-growing deep-tech company.
As a Growth Marketing Intern you will become an active member of our marketing team from day one. You will gain hands-on experience with digital marketing customer targeting CRM management and campaign execution while working closely with Sales Product Management and Marketing colleagues.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how a modern B2B marketing engine operates using industry-leading tools such as HubSpot LinkedIn Cognism and Google Ads.
What Youll Do:
Research target accounts and key decision-makers within the Energy sector.
Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn Cognism and HubSpot.
Support CRM data quality segmentation and workflow optimization.
Assist with the execution and monitoring of LinkedIn and Google advertising campaigns.
Contribute to the launch maintenance and optimization of our HubSpot-based website.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve targeting and lead generation efforts.
Support various growth marketing initiatives across the customer journey.

Structured and detail-oriented when working with data and systems.
Strong written English communication skills.
Proactive hands-on mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced scale-up environment.
