Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentalist to support a major infrastructure environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting documentation processes maintaining document accuracy and structure and contributing to efficient project information management.
The role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation and records
- Ensure documentation is complete accurate and properly structured
- Support document control and information management processes
- Coordinate documentation updates and revisions with project stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with project procedures and documentation standards
- Support collaboration between project teams and stakeholders
- Monitor document quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in document management administration or a similar role
- Experience working within project-based or technical environments is preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Proactive and reliable approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Good stakeholder communication skills

Language Requirements
- Excellent command of the Dutch language both spoken and written is mandatory
Working Environment
You will work within a collaborative project environment supporting infrastructure-related activities. The role is expected to involve partial on-site collaboration with the project team in Rotterdam.
