Customer Service Representative Dutch Speaker Remote Portugal
We are looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join an international Customer Service project based in Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking an international career in a multicultural and fast-paced environment while working remotely from Portugal.
As a Customer Service Representative you will support customers by providing high-quality assistance ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining professional communication standards.
Job Details

- Start Date: June 2026
- Schedule:
Monday to Friday 07:30 to 17:00
Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)

Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via different communication channels
- Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution
- Maintain high-quality service standards and KPIs
- Handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
- Good level of English (B2)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
- EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal
