Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the integrated management of contracts related to large-scale infrastructure maintenance and asset management programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the full contract lifecycle including procurement strategy development tendering contract formation contract administration and ongoing performance management. Working closely with project management and multidisciplinary teams the Contract Manager will ensure that contracts contribute to long-term operational objectives and strategic improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement and contract strategies for infrastructure maintenance projects.
Manage the complete contract lifecycle from tender preparation through contract execution.
Monitor contract performance risks opportunities and supplier relationships.
Coordinate with project managers procurement specialists contract administrators and technical stakeholders.
Provide strategic advice on contract governance collaboration models and market engagement.
Translate operational requirements into effective procurement and contracting solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and incorporate lessons learned across projects.
Support innovative and collaborative approaches to contract delivery.
Required Qualifications
Minimum HBO level of education preferably in Law Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience working with UAV-GC methodologies or similar collaborative contracting models.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing procurement activities for bundled or portfolio-based infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of procurement contract management and market collaboration principles.
Experience working within complex project environments.
Preferred Experience
Drafting procurement and contracting strategies for complex infrastructure projects.
Coordinating and facilitating procurement and contract preparation processes.
Advising on strategic governance and collaboration frameworks.
Preparing and managing UAV-GC infrastructure contracts.
