We are currently searching for a UI/UX:

Responsibilities:

• Translate product concepts into user flows wireframes mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate our clients product vision by researching conceiving sketching prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframes user stories user journeys and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify complex design problems and devise elegant user-centered solutions.
• Make strategic design decisions related to core new and existing functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach to rapidly test iterate and refine designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate closely with distributed team members clients and stakeholders synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications and championing new ideas.

Requirements:

• 6 years of professional UX design experience with a preference for candidates who have designed complex solutions for complete digital environments.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch OmniGraffle Axure InVision UXPin Balsamiq or Framer.
• Solid grasp of User-Centered Design (UCD) and Design Thinking principles including planning and conducting user research user testing A/B testing and heuristic analysis.
• Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design along with usability and accessibility concerns.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly explain design processes ideas and solutions to teams and clients.
• Openness to receiving constructive feedback and a passion for resolving user pain points through great design.

Desired:

• Basic frontend development skills in HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
