About the Role

Drive the future of consumer goods by turning scientific breakthroughs into market-leading this role you will be the architectural force behind our technology platforms bridging the gap between deep consumer insights and cutting-edge formula development. You wont just follow a pipelineyou will build it securing intellectual property and defining the technical strategy for a global category.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Innovation: Define the technical roadmap for next-generation ingredients delivery systems and sensory signals to drive brand growth.

• End-to-End Development: Lead the conceptualization design and data analysis of complex projects ensuring seamless technology transfer from lab to production.

• Stakeholder Synergy: Serve as the primary technical voice to Global Marketing Innovation and Supply Chain partners to align R&D with business goals.

• IP & Research: Advance the companys competitive edge by increasing patent filings and conducting foundational research and clinical trials.

• Technical Excellence: Oversee formula stability performance evaluation and documentation in strict alignment with Quality and EOHS (Health & Safety) standards.

• Mentorship: Guide and coach junior technicians and researchers fostering a culture of scientific rigor and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Biochemistry Material Science Cosmetic Science or Biotechnology.

• At least 5 years of relevant laboratory experience within the Consumer Goods (CPG) industry.

• Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters or Ph.D. in a related scientific field.

• Previous experience managing people or leading cross-functional project teams.

• A proven track record of academic publications or patent applications.

• Advanced presentation skills for high-level business stakeholder engagement.

• Specialized expertise in rheology emulsion chemistry surfactants and advanced mixing technologies.

• Solid understanding of physico-chemical sciences experimental design (DoE) and statistical analysis.
