Job Description

• Asegurar un buen manejo control y almacenaje de los moldes en el área del Bunker.
• Preparar los moldes para el área de moldeo de acuerdo al programa diario de Planeación.
• Mover los moldes listos del Taller al área del Bunker.
• Asegurar un buen manejo control y almacenaje de las Mould Cards.
• Seguir plan de mantenimiento a lavadoras manuales y automáticas.
• Apoyo en trabajos varios a Personal de Mantenimiento Moldes en el desarrollo de limpiezas o reparaciones.
• Reportar de manera inmediata a su superior de cualquier irregularidad detectada en los moldes en el proceso movimiento o almacenaje.
• Captura de información en los sistemas asignados para el área de Mantenimiento.
• Disposición y Control de contenedores de chatarra y mantener limpia las áreas de trabajo.
• Apoyo para el manejo y almacenaje de refacciones para moldes (Resortes O-rings Tornillos)
• Correcto llenado y disposición de agua y químicos en lavadoras manuales así como apoyo al técnico asignado por el proveedor.
• Mantenimiento de lavadora automatica (allkal)
• Notificar el nivel de químico al área de refacciones y solicitar su compra en caso de nivel menor requerido.
• Cumplir con las tareas de Mantenimientos menores diarios (TPM) en sus equipos asignados incluyendo las lavadoras.
• Mantener en buenas condiciones el equipo para la maniobra almacenaje y limpieza de los moldes.
• Comunicación con compañeros (entregas de turno compartir experiencias y conocimientos)

• En cuanto a la toma de decisiones criticas debe solicitar apoyo de su jefe inmediato o al líder del turno.
