About the team/ Offering

Our IT Outsourcing delivery teams support mission-critical infrastructure services for enterprise clients helping ensure reliable optimized and secure operations across complex technology environments. This role supports network and telecommunications services serving as a technical focal point for incident coordination vendor management service improvement change implementation and infrastructure operations across network wireless firewall data center and VoIP environments.

About the Role

Essential Job Functions:

As a Network Lead / Telecom Infrastructure Coordinator you will be responsible for leading the network team in the management of telecommunications incidents and service requests acting as the focal point between the client and external infrastructure providers. You will serve as a technical expert in network administration and as an escalation point for critical operational incidents helping ensure service continuity SLA compliance effective vendor coordination and continuous improvement of the telecommunications infrastructure.

  • Coordinate network and telecommunications incidents including escalation follow-up resolution tracking and SLA compliance with external vendors.
  • Install configure support and troubleshoot managed network infrastructure including routers switches firewalls wireless access points VoIP and data center network components.
  • Design and implement solutions to improve telecommunications infrastructure services and operational performance.
  • Coordinate physical or remote access for global and local providers to support incident resolution and service validation.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance windows for incidents changes and telecommunications infrastructure implementations with all impacted teams.
  • Validate telecommunications services with the appropriate stakeholders before authorizing incident closure.
  • Request review interpret and present root cause analysis reports for critical incidents to the client.
  • Coordinate technical changes and projects involving network infrastructure architecture and design to meet business needs and internal policies.
  • Support tracking of OPEX/CAPEX budget activities service support contracts and operational information for central telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on incidents service requests changes projects KPIs capacity planning traffic trends recurring issues and improvement plans.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Systems Engineering Telecommunications or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in network administration network coordination telecommunications operations or a similar role.
  • Experience managing technology infrastructure and IT service operations.
  • Knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP DNS DHCP and VPN.
  • Experience working with network equipment such as switches routers firewalls wireless infrastructure and access points.
  • Knowledge of routing and switching concepts; BGP and OSPF knowledge is desirable.
  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as SolarWinds Nagios Wireshark or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident Problem and Change Management.
  • Experience resolving network incidents and coordinating escalations with vendors.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching certification is required.
  • Experience with wireless technologies and firewalls is required.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud networking in Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Experience supporting IT infrastructure projects using PMI Agile or Scrum practices is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills for technical teams.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
