Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the AI strategy roadmap and use cases aligned to business priorities
Design and build AI-enabled solutions (LLMs AI agents automation integrations)
Integrate AI into enterprise systems and workflows
Establish scalable architectures standards and engineering best practices
Lead hands-on development of POCs and production-ready solutions
Coach and upskill engineers providing technical guidance and direction
Translate business needs into practical high-impact applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery and adoption
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
10 years in software engineering with strong experience in building scalable applications
Proven experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions in enterprise environments
Experience integrating AI into existing systems and business workflows
Demonstrated ability to lead technical direction and mentor teams
Core Skills
AI/GenAI development (LLMs AI agents RAG automation)
Drives the shift from AI exploration to execution accelerating delivery improving team capability and enabling scalable AI adoption across the organization.
