About the team

Our centralized finance organization provides day-to-day operational support to business teams and employees across key functions including Order-To-Cash Record-To-Report and Payroll. The team delivers high-quality financial services spanning invoicing start-up order management billing and invoicing collections cash applications journal entries reconciliations analysis payroll processing reporting tax and compliance. By enabling timely operational and strategic decisions the organization continuously evaluates policies processes and procedures to drive enhancements and optimize both internal and external client experience.

About the Role

Essential Job Functions:

As a Finance Analyst you will support core finance operations by assisting with financial analysis reporting forecasting and process improvement initiatives. You will collaborate across teams to collect and analyze data maintain financial systems and tools and contribute to compliance and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering best-in-class support to internal stakeholders.

  • Participate in financial analysis by collecting organizing and analyzing data to support business decision-making.
  • Assist in budgeting forecasting and reporting activities to ensure accurate financial planning and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support day-to-day operational finance processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement and cost control initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
  • Provide support in preparing and presenting financial information analysis and insights to stakeholders.
  • Aid in financial compliance reporting activities and adherence to internal controls and relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation maintenance and optimization of financial systems and tools.
  • Support various finance-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Advanced English Level
  • Typically 2 years of relevant work experience in finance accounting or related roles.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis forecasting and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial operations data analysis and working with financial systems and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A continuous learner who stays current with industry practices compliance requirements and technology.

Other Qualifications:

  • .Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are a plus.
  • Experience supporting operational finance functions such as Order-To-Cash Record-To-Report or Payroll is preferred.
