DevOps Academy Remote Mid-Level (3 Years Experience) (Monterrey Nuevo León)

We are looking for a DevOps professional who wants to strengthen their technical capabilities through a specialized DevOps Academy.

This 4-week intensive program is designed for professionals with solid foundations in DevOps Cloud Systems Administration or Production Support who are eager to expand their expertise and work on enterprise-level projects. The academy will be fully remote; however after completing the program selected candidates will be required to work from the clients offices in Monterrey Nuevo León (hybrid 2 days per week).

Location: Remote. We welcome candidates residing in CDMX Saltillo or Monterrey as well as professionals located elsewhere in Mexico who are open to relocating to one of these cities upon receiving a job offer after completing the academy.

Requirements:

• Required at least a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in roles such as DevOps Engineer SysAdmin Cloud Engineer or Production Support
• Experience with DevOps practices and culture
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP)
• Experience with automation tools and scripting
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Production Support
• Systems Administration (SysAdmin) background
• Understanding of Business Agility frameworks
• Advanced English level (B2 or higher preference C1C2)

Soft Skills: Analytical thinking logical reasoning problem-solving fast learning teamwork and results orientation.
