What youll do:

Own and lead manufacturing performance end-to-end driving SQDCM results (Safety Quality Delivery Cost Morale) and ensuring operational excellence in a high-volume automotive environment

Establish and enforce a high-discipline shopfloor operating system (Tier 123 SQDCM boards Jidoka) enabling fast escalation data-driven decisions and zero-loss mindset

Drive process stability and operational robustness leading root cause problem solving (8D PDCA) and delivering sustainable improvements in scrap downtime and productivity

Build and develop a high-performing leadership culture coaching supervisors and cross-functional teams while ensuring successful launches audit readiness and full compliance with IATF EHS and customer requirements

What is required:

Proven leadership in automotive manufacturing with 9 years of experience (including 4 in a similar role) managing production teams in high-volume fast-paced environments

Strong operational and technical expertise including process control problem-solving methodologies (8D PDCA) and performance management across key KPIs (OEE scrap delivery)

Executive-level communication and influence bilingual English/Spanish with a hands-on ownership mindset and availability to travel
