This is a highly hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment where no two days look the same. Youll work closely with an experienced and supportive leadership team partnering directly with hiring managers across tech and non-tech functions to attract great people who will help drive the business forward.

What Youll Do
Own the Talent Function:
Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the business managing hiring across technical and non-technical teams including engineering product operations commercial finance marketing and more.
Partner Closely with Leadership:
Work directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business needs advise on hiring strategy and support workforce growth as the company scales.
Drive Recruitment Delivery:
Manage the full hiring lifecycle from role kick-offs and sourcing through to interviews offers and onboarding ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Build Talent Pipelines:
Proactively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn networking referrals and creative sourcing strategies building strong pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
Improve Processes & Hiring Strategy:
Help shape and improve recruitment processes interview structures employer branding and talent operations to support long-term growth and scalability.
Champion Candidate Experience:
Create a positive engaging and professional experience for candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
What Youll Bring
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across both technical and non-technical roles
Previous experience working within a startup scale-up or high-growth environment
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to partner closely with leadership teams
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment
Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
Strong communication organisation and relationship-building skills
Proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
Passion for building teams and helping businesses grow
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience recruiting within iGaming gaming or technology businesses
Exposure to international or remote hiring
Experience building or improving talent processes in scaling businesses
