Software Engineer I (12 months contract)

 Requirements Analysis & Design

• Actively participate in backlog refinement design discussions and technical planning.
• Translate functional and business requirements into clear technical designs.
• Contribute effort estimation risk identification and mitigation strategies in line with team processes.
• Proactively propose improvements and innovative technical solutions.

Development

• Develop highquality performant and reliable code that meets delivery timelines.
• Investigate diagnose and resolve defects efficiently.
• Design develop and maintain automated tests across all testing levels.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze triage and address test failures.
• Ensure code adheres to defined quality security and maintainability standards.
• Test Automation & DevOps
• Design and implement test automation scripts and pipelines.
• Monitor maintain and improve automation results and coverage.
• Continuously enhance test automation frameworks to improve effectiveness.
• Implement DevOps improvements to support product development and testing pipelines.

Deployment & Operations Support

• Support implementation and operations teams in installing upgrading and maintaining delivery environments.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Assist with deployment processes to ensure reliable and repeatable releases.
• Agile Team Collaboration
• Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (standups planning reviews retrospectives).
• Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional team members to achieve shared goals.
• Provide constructive feedback through established performance review processes.
• Support and coach junior engineers fostering knowledge sharing and team growth.

Qualifications :

Technical Skills

Development

• Java REST APIs JSON HTTP protocols Web Authentication
• Spring Boot OSGi Enterprise Integration Frameworks
• React JavaScript NGINX Angular
• Systemtosystem integration
• AIassisted Development (Preferred)
• Experience or strong willingness to leverage AIassisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot Cursor) to accelerate development improve code quality and increase delivery efficiency.
• Ability to apply AI tools responsibly for code generation refactoring testing and documentation while maintaining engineering standards.

Testing

• Cucumber (Gherkin) QFTest Applitools SikuliX
• TestRail Logeye
• Strong understanding of testing strategies and quality engineering practices

DevOps & Cloud

• Jenkins CICD (pipeline development and instance management)
• AWS microservices (EKS)
• Terraform AWS CloudFormation
• Kafka Vault
• Persistence technologies: RDS Redis DynamoDB PostgresSQL
• Maven Gradle Docker

Experience

• Strong Java development background.
• 3 years of experience building enterprisegrade applications.
• Handson experience with both backend and frontend development in cloud environments.
