The Role:

Join our global IT organization as anIT Project Managerat our site inKulimKedah Malaysiato drive a criticalobjectivewithin our IT programs. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance our business operations support product offering improvements streamline operations and support our worldwide workforce. This role is pivotal in advancing our internal IT capabilities ensuring alignment with the organizations long-term strategic vision.

WhatYoullDo:

• Assistin leading cross-functional teamsto deliver project milestones and ensure accountability.

• Support the development and management of detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation to achieve on-time within-budget outcomes.

• Help define project scopeobjectives and deliverables aligning with Program and Portfolio goals.

• Utilize predictive project management methodologiesto execute detailed planning and control processes.

• Proactivelyidentifyand mitigate risks resolving blockers tomaintainproject momentum and quality standards.

• Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders translating technical progress into business impacts.

• Drive process optimizationby integrating IT solutions (e.g. cloud platforms AI tools) with internal workflows.

• Ensure compliance with global IT standards security protocols and data governance policies.

• Operate effectively in early maturity project teams guiding them throughinitialstages of project management practices.

• Lead by example in project management transformationdemonstratingbest practices and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.

What We Seek:

• Bachelors degreein Project Management IT Computer Science Business ora relatedfield.

• Minimum4years of project management business analysis or Software Development Lifecycleexperiencein IT or related fields.

• Must have Mandarin Language fluency.

• Strong understanding of predictive project management methodologies(e.g. Waterfall).

• Proficiencyin project management tools(e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Confluence).

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Proventrack recordof supporting team performanceand achieving project goals.

• Experience working with early maturity project teamsand guiding them through project management practices.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• Experience withscaling project management practicesacross multiple teams or large organizations.

• CSMCAPMor PMP.

• Experience working with technology solutions within a manufacturing company preferably within the Semiconductor industry.

• Proficiencywith tools like Microsoft Project Jira Confluence Smartsheet Miro etc.

• Expertisein projectmanagementcoachingand mentoring.

• Proven success in driving project management transformationswithin organizations.

• Experience with digitally focused programs such as Platform development AI integration or cloud adoption.

• Leadership experience building high-performing teamsin dynamic settings.

• Ability to inspire and motivate teamsto achieve their best performance.

• Demonstrated ability to lead by examplein project management transformation efforts.
