Job Summary
SCI Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads managing customer relationships and closing sales remotely via phone email video calls and CRM systems. This role focuses on achieving sales targets by providing product solutions and supporting overall revenue growth.
General Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calls emails and digital leads
- Manage and follow up on leads by registering into opportunity pipelines
- Present products or services to customers via phone or Team meetings independently or with Technical Service team support
- Prepare quotations proposals and follow up until deal closure
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Achieve annual sales targets and KPIs
- Handle customer inquiries objections and basic after-sales support
- Collaborate with field sales and operations teams
- Provide market and customer feedback to management
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with phone-based and online selling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (can be trained)
- Self-motivated target-driven and disciplined
Education
Diploma / Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
13 years of inside sales telesales or relevant experience
