Key Responsibilities
Review classify and moderate user-generated content according to platform guidelines
Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content
Meet performance targets (KPIs & SLAs)
Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases following internal procedures
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of user information
Participate in ongoing training and policy updates
Collaborate with team members and supervisors for operational excellence
Requirements
Education
Diploma Degree or equivalent qualification in any field
Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
Language
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (reading writing speaking listening)
Core Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment
Good time management and multitasking skills
Emotional resilience when handling sensitive content
Willingness to work rotational shifts
Technical Skills
Typing speed: minimum 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
Basic computer literacy
Familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows
Preferred
Experience in content moderation customer service or operations support is an advantage
Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
Understanding of digital safety and online policy frameworks
