Responsibilities
Review classify and moderate user-generated content according to company policies and community guidelines
Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content
Maintain quality and productivity targets (KPIs and SLAs)
Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases following internal procedures
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of user information
Participate in ongoing training and policy updates
Stay attentive to internal communications and process changes
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure operational excellence
Requirements
Education
Diploma Degree or equivalent qualification in any field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Language
English proficiency at minimum B2 level (reading writing speaking listening)
Essential Skills
Able to work in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good multitasking and time management skills
Emotionally resilient and comfortable handling sensitive content
Willing to work rotational shifts
Able to read write and communicate fluently in the required language
Technical Skills
Typing speed: minimum 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
Basic computer literacy
Familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in content moderation customer service or operations support is an advantage
