Onboarding Trainee | Fund Services

Purpose of the Job 

The Onboarding Trainee will be trained and responsible for assisting the client onboarding Client KYC and other processes within Fund Administration. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Work closely with the Onboarding Assistant Manager and Client AML/KYC Team to support the onboarding of new clients.  
• Assist in monitoring onboarding progress and support daily onboardingrelated activities to ensure timely completion. 
• Support the preparation and completion of Service Agreements and handle client requests and queries in a professional and timely manner. 
• Assist with bank account opening processes for onboarding clients liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required. 
• Update and maintain the client database ensuring accurate tracking of progress and documentation status. 
• Assist in the preparation of Client KYC onboarding files as part of the Business Acceptance process in line with Ocorian policies and regulatory requirements. 
• Support the preparation of minutes and documentation for New Business Acceptance Committee meetings. 
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients.

Qualifications :

• Fluent in English 
• Some knowledge of AML laws and regulations in Luxembourg 
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with attention to detail 
• Clear written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion 
• Comfortable working with MS Office (Outlook Word Excel Teams) or similar tools 
• Willingness to learn HR systems and internal processes
