Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the development of a new CRM and Communication Platform within the banking industry. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines infrastructure automation and ensuring the reliability of customer-facing systems. You will work closely with platform teams and stakeholders support production environments and contribute to DevOps best practices. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with AWSInfrastructure as Code and regulated production-grade environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation workflows
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Terragrunt
Support and monitor production environments ensuring high reliability and performance
Handle incident management and lead root cause analysis for production issues
Collaborate closely with platform teams and stakeholders across the organization
Contribute to and enforce DevOps best practices and standards
Must-Have Requirements:
Strong experience in DevOpsSRE or Platform Engineering
Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and automation
Solid AWS expertise and experience with IaaS cloud environments
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Terragrunt
Proven troubleshooting skills in production environments
Experience with incident management and root cause analysis
Ability to work independently in regulated environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English spoken and written
Nice to Have:
Experience with Kubernetes and observability tooling
Experience with Amazon Connect
Background with CRM or Contact Center platforms e.g. Salesforce
Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers
