Job Summary
- Develop and coordinate architectural designs from concept through construction.
- Produce high-quality drawings and models using Revit (intermediate to advanced level required).
- Participate in all project phases including due diligence schematic design design development construction. documentation permitting and construction administration.
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents with consultants.
- Support construction administration tasks including RFIs submittals and shop drawing reviews.
Requirements
- 46 years of professional architectural experience.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
- Strong residential architecture experience preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Solid experience in construction documentation and technical coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Experience in high-quality exterior and interior renderings.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona.
- Familiarity with AI-based rendering and visualization tools.
- Experience in interior design and interior construction documentation.
