About Nafas Space

Nafas Space is a premium high-end wellness exhibition and conference management center in Kuwait. We provide an elite environment for top-tier facilitators trainers and their clients. We are currently looking for a hyper-organized Operations Lead to take complete ownership of our physical space and daily ground operations.


The Role

We dont just need a manager; we need an operational powerhouse. As the Operations Lead you are the backbone of Nafas Space. You will oversee every single detail on the ground from the moment a client walks through the door to the accuracy of our booking systems to the exact placement of equipment in the session rooms.

You will report directly to our Strategic Director acting as their eyes and ears on the ground. Your primary goal is to ensure the facility runs like a luxury Swiss watch allowing our facilitators to focus purely on their sessions while you handle the rest.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Flawless Facility & Ground Management

  • Total Ownership: You own the physical space. You ensure every room reception area and bathroom is immaculate perfectly temperature-controlled and correctly scented before any client arrives.

  • Proactive Maintenance: You do not wait for things to break. You manage maintenance schedules (AC lighting plumbing) and resolve facility issues instantly.

  • Inventory Control: Track and manage all center supplies (hospitality items cleaning supplies office materials) ensuring we never run out of stock.

2. Premium Customer & Facilitator Experience

  • The "Nafas Welcome": Oversee the reception desk to ensure every single client is greeted warmly offered hospitality and escorted to their session room.

  • Facilitator VIP Support: Act as the primary point of contact for our high-revenue facilitators. Ensure their rooms are prepped exactly to their specifications and handle their on-ground requests immediately.

  • Crowd & Flow Control: Manage the transition periods between sessions to ensure quiet organized and seamless changeovers in the hallways and reception.

3. Administrative & System Mastery

  • System Integrity: Manage daily bookings cancellations and schedules using our CRM/Booking software (Zoho). You ensure 100% data accuracy.

  • Payment & Cash Handling: Oversee daily payment collections reconcile the cash drawer and ensure all financial transactions are accurately logged for the accounting team.

  • Reporting: Submit daily End-of-Day (EOD) operational reports to the Strategic Director highlighting attendance numbers facility issues and VIP facilitator feedback.

4. Team Leadership & Enforcement

  • Staff Management: Direct train and supervise the receptionists and cleaning staff. Ensure they follow Nafas SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to the letter.

  • Rule Enforcement: Firmly but politely enforce center policies (e.g. punctuality no smoking noise control) with both clients and facilitators to maintain a professional environment.

  • High Capacity & Calm Under Pressure: You can handle a ringing phone a delayed facilitator and a demanding client all at the same time without losing your smile or your composure.

  • Experience: 3 years of experience in operations management hospitality high-end retail or clinic management.

  • Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient in CRM software (Zoho experience is a massive plus) Excel and scheduling tools.

  • Language: Flawless communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) are strictly required.

  • Mindset: You are a proactive problem solver. You dont bring the Director a problem; you bring the Director a problem and two solutions.
