Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Lab Technicians to join a reputed healthcare facility in Kuwait. The role involves conducting laboratory tests analyzing samples and ensuring accurate reporting to support patient care and medical research.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on biological samples (blood urine tissue etc.).
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (microscopes centrifuges analysers).
Ensure compliance with safety and aseptic protocols.
Record and interpret test results accurately in laboratory information systems.
Assist doctors and medical staff with diagnostic support.
Maintain proper documentation and follow ISO/NABL/CLIA standards.

Requirements
Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology Bsc MLT or equivalent.
Minimum 23 years of experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory.
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment handling.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work long shifts and adapt to international healthcare standards.
Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Kuwait.

Salary: 310 KWD per month (approx. 95500 INR).
Employment Type: Long-term contract under Kuwait work visa.
Duty Hours: 810 hours per day 6 days per week.

Required Skills:
