Project scope
Migration of infra from traditional security platforms to Zscaler cloudbased platform.
Resources are required to work in hyper care support team (telephonic / email / Chat support) which will involve handling deployment related incidents around the globe.
Skillset Required
Sound knowledge on Zscaler ZIA and ZPA architecture preferably certified ZIA / ZPA
Hands on experience or extensive training on Zscaler is Mandatory
Windows Client OS Troubleshooting for Networking issues
Installation and uninstallation of softwares (vpn clients antivirus etc)
Troubleshooting vpn client software
Good and professional English communication is must.
Candidates should be willing to work in shifts
L2 knowledge on firewall technologies
Basic network switching
Sound knowledge of vpn technologies
Good understanding of network security
Location Mumbai / Banglore
Shift Coverage 24 * 7
