Overview:

The Zonal Sales Head for New Vehicle Loans plays a critical role in leading the sales efforts for new vehicle loans within the specified zone. This role is essential in driving the growth of the organizations new vehicle loan portfolio and establishing strategic partnerships to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve new vehicle loan targets within the assigned zone
  • Lead and manage a team of sales managers and executives to drive performance and meet sales objectives
  • Establish and nurture relationships with dealers manufacturers and other key stakeholders in the automotive industry
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
  • Monitor and report on sales performance market trends and competitive activities to senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns and strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for the sales team
  • Participate in the development of annual sales budgets and provide input for financial planning
  • Represent the organization at industry events conferences and networking opportunities
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive informed decisionmaking and optimize sales processes
  • Identify and address any operational inefficiencies within the sales process
  • Stay updated with industry best practices trends and new technologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of at least 12 years in sales management with specific experience in vehicle loans or automotive finance
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Indepth knowledge of the automotive industry and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services sector
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking
  • Ability to travel within the assigned zone as required
  • Professional certifications in sales or related fields are a plus
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
