Job description
Managing a large team would consist of Channel Managers Loan Managers and Doc Boys. o Will be working with Channel Managers. ASM TSM to crack exploit existing relationship with brokers/ builders and onboard them for HL /LAP program. Will be building a network of ASM CAs who will give HL / LAP files Conducting regular Channel Partner events and ensure that we build a vibrant Channel Partner community. Will be working with Loan Managers to ensure that loan files get processed in record TAT and with lowest rejection rate Achieving the Monthly/ Quarterly and Annual sales targets for the assigned territory in the North region. Driving the Sales team and the entire P&L of the assigned zone.
