Position Overview
Qualified applicant based in South Africa to provide Zoho CRM expertise to an exciting Swiss Digital Marketing Agency. This position could be part time or full time.

Our Swiss Client is based in Zurich Switzerland. They are an agency which places a strong focus on elevating its clients through social media strategy development implementing social media management and community management. They are also a preferred business partner of Meta. They place an emphasis on offering high value services on all of their projects together with an expert network of selected experienced partners in the area of design copywriting filming photography and digital media. They are a wellknown thought leader in Europe. They are a datadriven agency and prefer quality over quantity and longterm thinking over shortterm solutions

Responsibilities & Duties Skills
  • Challenge and improve existing concept setup of Zoho CRMD
  • Design and setup automations and workflows for all sales activities including amongst others
    • Email workflows sequences for sales onboarding activities
    • Booking of meetings lead scoring and deal management
  • Development of connection/data transfer to Asana
  • Maintaining connection with Zoho Campaigns Zoho Books and its logic

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems particularly Zoho
  • Excellent analytical skill

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Organizational and reporting skills

  • Reliable and punctual

Experience and requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Zoho CRM (architecture)
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM topics data and automation/workflow
  • Minimum experience of complete configuration and setup (incl. workflows and logic) for at least one customer in Zoho CRM
