Job Description:
Work directly with application vendor to manage optimize and administer a multidatabase environment including overnight SQL job application tasks and automated report schedules.
Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop technical solutions that meet the business needs.
Author and maintain detailed technical design and specification documentation.
Provide input to refine business and functional requirements.
Provide level three application support which is focused on the research remediation and documentation of more complex application and technical support issues.
