Tasks

A Yacht Operations Agent is responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of yacht operations ensuring smooth satisfactions for both crew and guests. This role involves managing clearance activities ensuring compliance with maritime regulations logistics scheduling maintenance and repairs handling guest services and coordinating with suppliers.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Act as the primary point of contact for yacht owners captains and crew members.
• Understand clients needs and coordinate a smooth yachts operations process
• Plan and sell the best possible bespoken events and services according to clients needs
• Use promotional techniques and materials
• Oversee the logistical aspects of Yacht Operations including provisioning and crew services
• Collaborate with local service providers to secure necessary resources for Yacht Operations

Requirements

• 2 years of experiences
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong time flexibility
