The number of employees has increased by 10 in the last one year and we aim to be a company with 90 employees in three years.

We are currently receiving numerous projects from clients related to machine learning and deep learning. To address the various challenges presented by our clients we are seeking individuals who can propose and implement solutions for each clients unique issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Investigation and analysis of data required for AI implementation
• Selection of AI models based on requirements and data
• Research and Development (R&D) to elevate cuttingedge technology to a socially implementable level
• Investigation and organization of AsIs systems
• Designing the ToBe system architecture
• Construction of AI models (training/testing)
• Collaboration with software engineers to embed algorithms into Web APIs and other systems

• Practical experience as an AI engineer for three years or more or experience in designing and implementing AI algorithms in multiple cases
• Strong interest in handling the entire process from algorithm proposal to social implementation
• Experience in the development or research of machine learning/deep learning
• Ability to understand client issues through dialogue and simultaneously develop practical algorithms to solve them
• Ability to work with various stakeholders
• Businesslevel proficiency in Japanese
• Basiclevel proficiency in English

• Masters degree or higher in information science/mathematicsrelated fields
• Businesslevel proficiency in English
