Writer I

MW Partners is currently seeking a Writer to work for our client who is a leader in the media and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities and duties:

• This writer will be responsible for pitching writing and updating a robust daily slate of commerce articles daily including breaking news about deals; deal roundups; evergreen shopping guides and more.

Requirements:

• The writer will demonstrate strong expertise in ecommerce editorial content
• The writer will have a proven reporting record in following daily deals and a solid sense of what everyday consumers want to buy and when.
• The writer must have at least two years of professional journalism or other relevant editorial experience in covering major consumer brands.
• Writing commerce content for an established ecommerce outlet the Strategist Forbes Vetted Wirecutter etc. is preferred.
• The writer must demonstrate expertise with commerce editorial writing monetizing links tracking affiliate sales optimizing content for search engines tracking down daily deals and following shopping trends and will be a seasoned pro in writing ecommerce articles from a shoppers perspective.
