FINE Legal is a Legal Tech Startup aiming to bring access to justice to everyone. We are developing a digital Consumer Rights Platform that allows people to fight for their legal justice digitally and riskfree. Founded in 2020 our company is in a state of growth right now and looking for talented people who share our vision of a fair world.

Tasks

• You review and process our customers legal matters validate case files and calculate damages
• You help the team with more complex calculations using your Excel skills
• You help to optimize our processes by building tools for your colleagues
• You maintain customer data in our CRM systems
• You actively contribute feedback from processing and from customers and help us to improve our processes and our offering

Requirements

• You are enrolled at a German university
• You study something with computer science business administration data analytics or something completely different and you are simply good at the things mentioned above
• You have very good knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets
• You want to exchange ideas constructively with your colleagues and find the best solution to problems
• You like to think your way into business processes and help to improve them through numbers
• Fluency in English and basic communication skills in German
• Ideally you have some practical work experience
• You are confident in dealing with ITsupported work processes and are interested in working in the legal tech environment
