Working Student - Logistics mfd in Battery Storage Startup

As a Working Student in our Logistics team at STABL Energy you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse and you will be responsible for various tasks related to the logistics and supply chain management processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain handson experience in the logistics field while studying in the context of a cuttingedge battery energy startup.

Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving Goods: Receive and inspect incoming shipments verifying their contents against purchase orders and ensuring they meet quality standards.
• PutAway: Organize and store received goods in designated storage areas optimizing space and ensuring easy access for future retrieval.
• Picking: Efficiently pick items from storage areas based on customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Packing: Safely and securely pack items for shipping paying close attention to product handling and packaging requirements.
• Dispatching: Coordinate the shipping process generate shipping labels and arrange carriers for ontime deliveries.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet the highest standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records including shipping manifests inventory logs and other relevant documentation.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

What you bring to the team (experience & qualifications):

• Enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g. Logistics Supply Chain Management Business or a related field).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with logistics software is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages (up to a certain weight) and stand for extended periods.
