We are seeking a creative and talented university student with graphic design experience to join our dynamic team as a Graphic Designer. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating visually compelling materials that align with our brand identity. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled designer to contribute their creativity and gain handson experience in a professional environment.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing print and online materials including images brochures and graphics for a variety of purposes and mediums.
• Attract the interest of clients through digital and physical designs using graphics images art and other visual elements.
• Utilize the STABL branding manual for creative customization ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and create engaging designs for marketing materials ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion meeting established deadlines and objectives.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to bring visual concepts to life.
• Solicit feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
• Implement revisions based on feedback to achieve highquality visual outcomes.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for each design project.
• Establish effective processes so that changes and adaptations can be easily made by other team members.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a university program with a minimum of two semesters in graphic design communications design or UX/UI CD/CI.
• Demonstrated experience in graphic design either through internships freelance work or personal projects through a portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles colour theory and typography.

• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Branding knowledge attention to detail and innovative.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about graphic design.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools.
