We are looking for an motivated Working Student to join ExoMatter as a Full Stack Developer (m/w/d) for 1015 h per week. In this role you will join our development team to help build and manage our cloudbased materials computation platform which leverages public and private data sources for materials predictions.

ExoMatter is a spinoff of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and part of the UnternehmerTUM family of startups. We have a first product on the market with paying customers like Audi and Airbus and a strong upward trajectory.

Tasks
- Develop maintain and test software in Java Javascript and Python
- Use build and maintain PostgreSQL and noSQL databases (OpenSearch)
- Work in an agile environment (Scrum 2weeksprints)
- Facilitate the evolution of our team by working closely with both external and internal developers in a transition to a fully inhouse development team
- You will occasionally collaborate with researchers in academic projects and support implementations with our customers
Requirements
- You hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar
- You have solid skills in 2 of the 3 main languages we use (Java Javascript Python) and are willing to strengthen your skillset in all of them
- You are living in or near Munich and are willing to work onsite ca. 50% of your time
- You have gained first experience in software development ideally through previous working student positions
- Experience in a startup is a plus
- You are fluent in English German skills are a plus
- Knowledge about Materials Science is *not* required
