Working Student - Embedded Rust Developer mfd

As a Working Student Embedded Rust Developer you will be an integral part of our team working on the development of new features and enhancements for our edge connectivity device. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in embedded systems and Rust programming while contributing to realworld projects.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our development team to implement new features and improvements for our edge connectivity device.
• Write clean efficient and maintainable code in the Rust programming language.
• Apply your understanding of embedded systems specifically the ESP32 platform to contribute effectively to the firmware development process.
• Work closely with other developers participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration purposes.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proficiency in the Rust programming language.
• Basic understanding of embedded systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other developers.
• Experience working with Git and GitHub.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the ESP32 platform.
• Familiarity with IoT (Internet of Things) concepts and protocols (MQTT).
• Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for learning.
• Familiarity with web/cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with the Protocol Buffers (Protobuf) format.
